The hotel has a convenient location overlooking the street and river, although closing the windows to keep out noise made the room a bit hot. The service was helpful and accommodating, offering fans and shade. The proximity to Saumur makes it a great spot to explore, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The dining experience was adequate, offering a variety of breads and cheeses. The facilities are modern and well-kept.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfy, although lacking a bit of privacy being on the ground floor by the main courtyard. The service was outstanding, with efficient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The location was excellent, overlooking the Loire river on one side and the Château de Saumur on the other, a few minutes' walk to the center. The dining options were good, and the facilities met my expectations.
